How to submit a foodborne illness complaint:

Alameda County Department of Environmental Health investigates all complaints concerning a retail food facility, places such as restaurants, bars, bakeries, and grocery stores that sell food and beverages directly to the consumer. If you want to report a foodborne illness complaint, please call our office directly at 510-567-6700 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
