Vital Records - Research
You can request the Clerk-Recorder's office to perform a search and receive a copy of the certificate for a fee or you can search the digital indexes yourself in person.
The indexes for birth, death, and marriage records are available to the public during regular office hours. You will need to present a government-issued ID (Driver's license or passport), which will be held while you are searching the indexes.
