ACFD Station 23

19745 Meekland Avenue, Hayward, CA 94541

This fire station houses one engine company and is staffed by three firefighters. Located only a few blocks from the Hayward city limits, Station #23 responds to the southernmost parts of San Lorenzo and portions of the unincorporated areas of Hayward. Station #23 was the original fire station for the Cherryland Fire Department prior to its consolidation with the Ashland and San Lorenzo Village Fire Departments in 1976. Following the Cherryland Fire Department’s consolidation, this fire station was renumbered as Station #3 in the former Eden Consolidated Fire Protection District.
