Budget & Finance
Budget and Finance is responsible for assisting the County Administrator with preparation of the county budget and implementation of the County's financing strategies. County budget activities include preparation of the annual county budget, including the coordination of departmental submissions of budget requests and identification of funding gaps; monitoring the county budget through the quarterly forecast, including coordination and analysis of quarterly department budget projections; and monitoring federal, state and local developments that affect the county budget. Financing activities include management of the County's outstanding debt portfolio and all new debt issuances, the development of financing plans for capital projects, oversight of the County's Surplus Property Development Trust Fund, and investor relations.
